Class 2 has been immersing themselves in the world of times tables, exploring maths through a blend of geometry, story and rhythm. They had a special lesson with Ian in the woodwork room to sand their pattern boards and hammer nails into them, creating the foundation for being able to visualise the intricate patterns that times tables make. This process sparked excitement in the learning and honed their mathematical skills as well as fostered their creativity and hands-on abilities.
