Spring Fair

Thank you to everyone involved in the Spring Fair on Sunday. We were very fortunate with the weather! The number of people through the School on Sunday was high, and it was so great to have our beloved fair back again after two years of absence and to come together as a community of both past and present members. Hopefully you all had a chance to enjoy the performances, food, arts and crafts, displays of the children’s work and the many other stalls available throughout the day.

It was an amazing effort to coordinate this event in such a short time frame. A very special thank you to the dedicated P & F team, Spring Fair committee and Site Team — a huge amount of work was done in the background to make this happen.

Class 12 Projects

We were all treated to magic last week as we watched and heard our Class 12 Students share their research, ideas and passions. Thank you to the many people who supported our young adults through this journey, particularly Brenda Goggs and Jennifer Cox. We are blessed to have such a strong community that holds them so well.

Camps

Classes 3, 6, 7 and 10 have all attended camps over the past fortnight. It was wonderful to have our Class 6, 7 & 10’s together last week at Jindabyne exploring the outdoors and building connections with students and staff, challenging themselves and of course having fun. Students and staff were smiling but certainly exhausted on Friday afternoon.

Class 3 have had their very first overnight camp together this week, which is exciting for some children and daunting for others. They will continue to see the benefits of these outdoor experiences as they advance through the years on more adventures together.

Performances

At this time of year, the school is a hive of activity. We have had numerous plays and performances from the Primary School and High School in the last two weeks. It has been wonderful to share these performances with the community again and we thank parents and staff for the support you have shown in attending these events.
