Our students from Year 5 to Year 12 had a splashing time last Wednesday at the Big Splash Waterpark. Even with overcast skies and cooler weather, the students exampled fantastic participation and sportsmanship whether in the races, novelty events or cheering from the side of the pool. After the official races and events were finished, students made the most of the waterslides and pools throughout the waterpark. Well done to all the participants, competitors, assistants, marshals, teachers who made it such a great day.
Congratulations to the students who’s efforts were rewarded as they were named Age Champions:
Olivia, Callum, Ayva, Ajax, Emily, Banjo, Olive, Rufus, Ellie, Axel, Charlotte and Peter.
Fire took out the competitive points trophy on 186 points and Earth won the spirit trophy for their constant cheering and encouraging.
We are looking forward to seeing the students enjoy the Track and Field Carnival on Friday March 8.
